Danica Mason is a ‘force of nature’ within the design/construction industry throughout the US and beyond. On paper, her firm, Red Team Go!, is a Washington state-based consulting firm with a focus on architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) projects. They provide support to their clients in four key areas, with a focus on alternative delivery projects, beginning with team building through final close-out.  However, to those who have found themselves in her orbit will underscore she is the ultimate connector, ally to all, fierce advocate within the Heavy Civil industry and a master of partnering and collaboration.
 
Her impact on BuildIT has been enormous. Her integrity within the construction industry has helped build bridges between BuildIT and some of the largest heavy civil firms in the United States. Her presence across the United State and Canada on key infrastructure projects has lead to extraordinary opportunities for members of our network. Within the Pacific Northwest she helped to spearhead our initiatives and events that have made significant inroads within the Public and Private sectors.
 
As a recipient of ENR Magazine’s Top Young Professionals award, she has paved the way forward for others she has mentored and elevated.
